To complete this tutorial you will need: Tube of your choice if you want to use one of mine they are here

Open New transparent canvas 500 x 500

Click on selection tool and then choose rectangle

Click on custom selection and choose settings 0 0 250 250

Fill the selection with your darker shade, add your watermark/copyright details now and then deselect then duplicate mirror, flip and merge layers

Then use your magic wand to select the empty boxes and fill with a lighter or different shade - deselect

Gaussian blur 1

Effects Illumination sunburst with the following settings 100 50 50 77 70 100 (or of course anything else that takes your fancy!) Duplicate this layer twice so you have three copies of your squares with the illumination  and then turn off the visibility.

Then take your tube -  paste as a new layer then added a drop shadow of 2 2 50 10.

Then I duplicated it twice so that I had three tube layers then to add some sparkle on each of the tube layers I added some noise: gaussian, monochrome 40, then on next layer repeat but with 45 and again on the third layer  with noise of 50 .Turn the visibility off on all of these layers

New Layer - add text in whatever colour and font you fancy and position where you would like it (you may need to turn visibility on for your squares layer to position your text).  Duplicate text layer twice (so you have three copies). Then add some sparkle to your text as above - making sure you use a different level of noise on each layer.

Close off visibility on ALL layers - then open one of each - one tube, one text and one background and merge visible - and then close off visibility - repeat for the next two layers.

Then with visibility on - resize each layer seperately by 90%. Make sure your topy layer is active and then take your magic wand tolerance 0 and click on the blank space around your layer - on the grey and white squres - now you need to fill with noise again - you can use the same noise as for your text … on each layer fill with a different noise setting. Keep selected

Then add an inner bevel of your choice - I used:

On each level

Now you can deselect and save,
